And just like that … activity started again on this blog.
One might have thought that a series of lockdowns, working from home for a year, and an unprecedented emphasis on digital communication, might have inspired more blog-writing effort. Clearly it was like that for some people; not for me, alas. At least I had the prescience to make it plain that this blog was thoroughly occasional, so I don’t need to feel at all guilty.
I won’t say that normal service will resume, as I dislike and distrust the use of “normal” to mean “how we were doing it in February 2020”. But some kind of service certainly will.
